The two sides meet for the 3rd time this year on Saturday after England overcome the Pumas 2-0 in the test series in their own back yard. It will be an interesting encounter with many of the English Lions players returning to International action and whether the young guns can step up to the mark on the International stage.

One to Watch

With England's star men Owen Farrell and Maro Itoje being rested for a weekend it gives other players to stake a claim. This weeks game sees Henry Slade given an opportunity at 12 after impressing in the summer and continuing his great form for Exeter at the start of the season. He is selected ahead of Alex Lozowski who was one of the favourites to start at 12 for this game after his stint in the midfield whilst in Argentina. Both Slade and Lozowski are great ball playing centres with a great boot which are qualities that Eddie Jones loves for his inside centre to have. This enables England to have another creative player on the park that can offer a second 10 option, like Farrell does, which enables them to switch the play from one side of the pitch to the other and tire the Argentine pack. A weapon that Slade has recently developed in his arsenal is being able to be a strike runner who can crash the ball up if it is not on to go wide. He has been doing this for Chiefs a lot this season and has given the side a real go forward with his powerful leg drive. This gives him a great opportunity to show what he has to offer in Farrell's absence.
Did you know?
Eddie Jones has a 100% win record against Argentina for England and Australia and his sides have scored a whopping 141 points against them in 5 matches and has conceded 87. Expect an exciting game this Saturday with plenty of scores.

Head to Head

An interesting encounter this weekend will be between the fullbacks, Joaquin Tuculet and Mike Brown. Tuculet has proved himself to be one of the most dangerous outside backs in broken play in recent years, being a key part of many long range scores for the Argentinians. Brown has come under fire for his dip in form over the past year and Anthony Watson has been tipped to take over at 15 before Japan 2019. However, Brown has shown solidarity at the back for England over the past few years and showing this and his skill in the summer. Brown has got to use this weekend to prove his critics wrong with some exciting attacking and stopping a dangerous Argentine back three.
Odds-on
England 1-14
Argentina 9-1
Draw 50-1

Stats
During the summer we were treated to two very exciting test matches and 132 points were scored across the two games with the first test being the highest scoring affair at 34-38 to England. This offers great hope for an exciting game this Saturday but England fans will be hoping for their Lions stars to be too much for the Pumas.
Last time the sides met at Twickenham Elliot Daly ,who has recently recovered from a knee injury, was sent off within 4 minutes for taking the man out in the air after a high ball. Hopefully England won't suffer any misfortunes this time.
Argentina's last win against England at Twickenham came in November 2006 winning 25-18. Is a shock on the cards this weekend?

Prediction
England will be too strong with their Lions back and will win comfortably. My score prediction is a 41-12 England win.
